The 2017 Course of the School of Brain Cells and Circuits organized by the Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture will take place from November 29th to December 3rd. It will be dedicated to current understanding of how the brain works.
The school offers a platform to merge expertise from scientists working on cellular physiology, computational modeling and integrated brain signals using magnetic resonance imaging.
Bringing together these communities, offering advanced teaching sessions on key topics will foster discussion on the origin of fMRI and discuss where bottom-up and top-down computational models can and need to meet to explain brain functions.
Application Deadline for financial support: September 30, 2017
