The Lab of Integrative Functional Genomics of Cancer located at the Curie Institute, Paris, developes advanced computational and multi-platform genomic approaches to identify the molecular mechanisms of rare cancer types.
Currently they are recruiting computational biologists interested in working at the interface of computational science, statistics, tumor biology, and genomics. Candidates for this position should be either biologists with experience in high throughput data analysis or computational scientists (including physics, engineering, computer science, statistics, etc) motivated to learn biology.
Profile:
- Strong background in data analysis and statistics
- Programming: R, python
- Experience in NGS data analysis (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, WGS, WES)
