The e:Med Summer school for Sequencing Analysis of Epigenetic Deregulation in Disease (SEEDED) will take place from July 13-20 and September 27-29, 2017 in Heidelberg, Germany.
PhD students and postdocs working in systems medicine projects that involve deep sequencing data are welcomed to participate in the tripartite course. The three modules include training of different theoretical and practical skills such as cell-sample organisation, sequencing methods or the handling of sequencing-data.
